Tradis Holdings (Private) Limited was founded in 2000 and is incorporated under the laws of Sri Lanka. The group operates as a multi-sector investment company with experience across strategic investment, project development, foreign direct investment facilitation, government advisory and partnership development.

Mohamed Rizly Illyas founded Tradis Holdings in 2000 and continues to lead the group’s strategic direction across investment, business development, partnerships and project facilitation.
He brings more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience spanning business development, fintech and digital payments, investment promotion, tourism, public–private collaboration and sports governance.
